Andrea Navedo

Andrea Navedo, an American actor and author. She began her career on the daytime soap operas One Life to Live and Guiding Light and in later years had several supporting roles on primetime television. Andrea Navedo is an American actor and singer, born 10 October 1977 in The Bronx New York United States. Navedo started her acting career with an afternoon soap. From 1995 to 1997 she played Linda Soto in ABC's soap show One Life to Live. She was cast in Guiding Light, the CBS soap Guiding Light, as Theresa Sandoval in 1999 until 2000. In 1996 she made her first appearance in films with a minor character for the film Girl 6. She then was seen on New York Undercover episodes and The District. Navedo appeared on Double Take, an action-comedy film that debuted in 2001. The action drama Washington Heights was released the next year. Navedo played Detective Ana Cordova in the NBC show Law & Order from 2001 until 2004. Later, he appeared in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages and Blue Bloods as well as Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages. Navedo has also been seen in films such as El Cantante, Remember Me and many others. Navedo was a regular character in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and How to Make It in America Golden Boy from 2011 through the year 2013. In 2013, she starred in the Comedy film Superfast! The Fast and the Furious parody released in 2015 was a satire of the Fast and the Fast and the Furious film series. Navedo began her professional acting career on the daytime soap operas. In 1995-1997, she portrayed Linda Soto on ABC's soap drama One Life to Live. In 1999 she joined the cast of CBS soap production Guiding Light as Theresa Sandoval. Her film debut was a part in Girl 6 (1996). Later, she guest starred in shows like New York Undercover, The District and The District. Navedo appeared on the screen in Double Take (2001), an action comedy.
